Acknowledgment

By checking the acceptance box below, I am attesting I have read the Library's mission statement and agree to abide by the Library's Code of Conduct, Kotler Art Gallery Policy, and understand the following.

The Library will:

Provide exhibition space without charge.
Post the exhibition on the library's event calendar.
Provide customers with access to a price list of art pieces at the library’s Information Desk near the gallery, although no sales are permitted on library property.

Exhibitors will:

Hang and remove art on the designated installation and de-installation dates.
Provide art that is “ready for hanging or display”. For example, if one wishes to exhibit two-dimensional art, it would be framed and ready with a wire on the back for hanging.
Provide a list of the art pieces by title, medium and dimensions (frame included) and the price if the piece is for sale.
Not perform art sales on library property.
Display artwork to which they retain copyright.
Sign an Indemnity agreement releasing the Tampa-Hillsborough County Public Library of all responsibility for the loss or damage of artwork.
